Job Description:

Responsible for selling International Holiday packages, Designing tailor made Itineraries, costing, hotel booking etc

Bookings flights on GDS and booking worldwide hotels through suppliers and direct contracts combining multiple
products and multiple destinations worldwide. -
Knowledge rules of hotels (room occupancy, child policies, concept of board basis
(i.e. bed breakfast/half board/full board etc) -
Help customers plan and book their holidays by conversing with them over phone and Email.

Should have the experience of handling Sales Leads, should have worked over the phones and target oriented.
Desired Candidate Profile :

Minimum 2-3Years of experience in Designing Tailor made International Holiday packages.

Job Description:

Conversion of a call into a sales call for inbound upselling and thus generating revenue to the company.

Must be capable of handling & materializing all kinds of sales queries related to Flights, Hotels, etc

Receiving calls and providing the passengers with the best possible routing for their destination and competitive fares
available in the market. -
Providing their expertise and ideas for designing itineraries and pamphlets, and executing various new travel packages.

Make professional, accurate, cost effective travel arrangements for clients while providing excellent customer service

Helping clients with travel planning as well as provide travel advice & information.

Working knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre is a must.
