    Job Description:

    • Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to execution.

    • Strong Knowledge of International Destinations specially Middle East, Far East, Indian Ocean, USA Holidays etc

    • Contracting with the international supplier and handled end to end Product delivery.

    • Designing and pricing various itineraries(FIT/GIT) in different budget categories

    • Create travel products based upon current market requirements, consumer preference, Local Holidays, Travel preference etc.

    • Manage costs through innovative contracting through effective negotiation.

    • Responsible to manage revenue by taking pricing decisions and analysing previous revenue/sales data.

    • Create product awareness among sales team and support them to sell the holiday product.

    • Build and Maintain excellent relations with the suppliers across the products

    • Developing packages as per the current market requirements looking at the competitions.

    • Create Marketing plan to promote destinations working in sync with Marketing.

    • Effective Marketing Plan, to Increase Sales of the packages/Destinations.

  • Holiday Sales Consultant

    Department: International Holiday Packages.

    Location: Mumbai

    Job Description:

    • Responsible for selling International Holiday packages, Designing tailor made Itineraries, costing, hotel booking etc

    • Bookings flights on GDS and booking worldwide hotels through suppliers and direct contracts combining multiple
      products and multiple destinations worldwide.

    • Liaising and negotiating rates with suppliers for air products (schedule flights, low cost flights) and land
      products (worldwide hotels, car hire ,cruises ,visa's etc) all for the UK market initially.

    • Knowledge rules of hotels (room occupancy, child policies, concept of board basis
      (i.e. bed breakfast/half board/full board etc)

    • Have good negotiation skills to get the best rates for the company from suppliers and
      also able to build good solid relationships with suppliers to gain more advantage in the market.

    • Help customers plan and book their holidays by conversing with them over phone and Email.

    • Should have the experience of handling Sales Leads, should have worked over the phones and target oriented.

    Desired Candidate Profile :

    • Minimum 2-3Years of experience in Designing Tailor made International Holiday packages.

    • Knowledge of Worldwide destinations.

    • Should have sales capability.

    • Should have knowledge of Designing International Packages, Itineraries / Costing / vacation packages,

  • International Ticketing Executive

    Department: International Air Ticketing Staff.

    Location: Mumbai

    Job Description:

    • Responsible for issuing Air tickets for Retail customers, B2B/Subagents, and B2C customers etc.

    • To confirm waitlisted seats by monitoring flights and liaising with the airlines.

    • To monitor and manage GDS queues as individual queues to keep a tab on pnrs with Schedule change or
      cancelled message from the airline.

    • To do the invoicing on time for each tickets issued immediately and ensure that the payment has been
      collected for the same.

    • To ensure and checking the possibility of Up sell or better ticketing option or
      possibility of reselling in lower class for profits before issuance.

    • To provide excellent support to the In-house and UK Reservation team for queries related to Fare,
      ticketing, Fare rules, cancellations rule etc.

    • To ensure 100% quality checks is done before tickets are issued to ensure there is no error
      resulting in loss to the company.

    • To upload Non GDS tickets onto Quad labs by manually creating the booking card.

    • To report to the operation manager on any tickets which is to be issued to issued without
      Quad labs booking card or incorrect booking card created with LOSS or less profit margins etc.

    • To complete the dispatching of tickets after completing the invoicing.

    • To liaise the Airline on any special request like extra seats, meal request etc.

    • Ensure no Queries are left unattended and should not exceed 12hrs.

    Desired Candidate Profile :

    • Minimum 1-3Years of experience in Issuing and reissuing Tickets on CRS Amadeus and Sabre.

    • Knowledge of manual fare shell creation would be an added advantage.

    • Should be a good team player in achieving the desired growth of the organisation and team

    • Excellent communication skills and good customer service skills.

    • Willingness to work under UK shift timing.

  • Reservation Executive

    Department: Reservation.

    Location: Mumbai

    Job Description:

    • Conversion of a call into a sales call for inbound upselling and thus generating revenue to the company.

    • Must be capable of handling & materializing all kinds of sales queries related to Flights, Hotels, etc

    • Receiving calls and providing the passengers with the best possible routing for their destination and competitive fares
      available in the market.

    • Providing their expertise and ideas for designing itineraries and pamphlets, and executing various new travel packages.

    • Make professional, accurate, cost effective travel arrangements for clients while providing excellent customer service

    • Helping clients with travel planning as well as provide travel advice & information.

    • Working knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre is a must.

    • Excellent communication skills and good customer service skills.

    Desired Candidate Profile :

    • Minimum 1-3Years of experience in Reservation.

    • Should have sales capability.
